Services are performed per written estimate stating scope, price, and timing. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise noted.
Client provides safe access to the property and secures pets/children. Work beyond scope or competence is separately agreed.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, excluding third‑party or consequential damages, except in cases of gross negligence.
No fee for cancellations made 24 hours in advance. If we cannot perform the service, you will receive a full or prorated refund.
